The sixth season of House finds Dr. Gregory house (Hugh Laurie) continuing to push the envelope in his medical career, though his personal life threatens to cross into his professional in new ways. The cast also features Željko Ivanek, Mos Def, and Carl Reiner.House leaves the hospital and tells Cuddy that he's making major changes in his life. At the hospital, Foreman wants House's job but is having trouble with a case involving a video-game designer who posts his symptoms on the Internet, and takes treatment suggestions offered by online correspondents over those offered by the team. This development upsets Foreman and threatens his relationship with Thirteen. ~ Paul DroeschAn ailing African dictator (James Earl Jones) charged with crimes against humanity arrives at the hospital for treatment. Meanwhile, Wilson wants to end a feud with a neighbor, but a prying House gets in the way. ~ Paul DroeschHouse resumes his post after getting his license back and sets out to form a "dream team." He also treats a porn star (Troy Garity) suffering from eye pain. Meanwhile, Foreman's brother (Orlando Jones) visits the hospital. ~ Paul DroeschWhen the hospital goes into lockdown after a newborn disappears from the nursery, House and his team members must remain where they are. This gives them time to reflect on their pasts, their relationships and their regrets. Hugh Laurie directed. ~ Paul DroeschA "knight" living in a reclusive community modeled on Renaissance ideals falls mysteriously ill, and while the team tries to figure out why, he and Thirteen debate issues of knightly honor and courtly love (especially with regards to his "queen"). Meanwhile, Wilson begins anew with an ex (Cynthia Watros). ~ Paul DroeschA woman (Eva Amurri) questions her ailing fiance about a past relationship while House and his team try to diagnose him. Away from the hospital, House, Foreman and Chase pay homage to Gladys Knight and the Pips, karaoke-style. ~ Paul DroeschSeason 6 finale: Cuddy joins House, his team and a search-and-rescue team to assist at the scene of an emergency in Trenton, N.J., where a crane has collapsed onto a building. Among the victims: the guilt-ridden crane operator and a trapped woman (China Jesusita Shavers) who might lose her leg. Meanwhile, House learns that Cuddy and Lucas plan to move in together. ~ Paul Droesch
