"This DVD is the first of two editions, the second issued in 2001. This single-layer, widescreen letterbox (2.35:1) version has these audio options: English (Dolby Digital 5.0 Surround) and French (Dolby Digital 2.0 Surround), with subtitles in Spanish and English (captions). The picture is nonanamorphic, and it shows in the obvious digitalization and in the occasional blurs and motion artifacts throughout the film. The audio has been remastered but is lean on the bass, and jarring and more monaural-sounding than stereo. Special features on this edition include production notes, cast and filmmaker bios and filmographies, highlights from the film, and the theatrical trailer. A small glossy booklet inside the plastic case depicts two scenes and offers a chapter index."
