Love that it is fast paced circuit training with little down time. I like that there are different levels to build up to instead of just one routine that you will eventually outgrow. There is instruction on how to do the moves, but not before they start. If you are not familiar with circuit training and the different moves, you may want to first watch the workout before trying it to get the full experience.
Love this workout that combines cardio with great ab exercises!
