This workout is high pace but very easy to grasp. Karen is kinda robotic and seems to be working on some sort of battery. But the circuits can be broken up and done indiviually which is great if you want to work out before school/work but don't have time for a full circuit. The only complaint I have is that the cool down is short and doesn't have enough stretching. But I would check out target/walmart...I got this DVD there for a little under 9 bucks.
This is the first KV workout I've tried. I really like the efficiency of doing cardio and strength training in one workout. Also, on the DVD, you have the option of doing one full circuit of cardio/ST (45 minutes), a double circuit (77 minutes), or the cardio, upper body, and lower body sections individually. It's relatively easy to follow and the cardio sections have some fun moves. You only need 1 set of dumbbells and some floor space to do the workout.
