Love being able to walk in front of the TV when the weather is bad, or just don't feel like leaving the house. She isn't too fast, or asking the ridiculous. You have several 'steps' that you will do, and you can do just one, two or all three miles. Takes less than an hour, and you don't need much room. Not just a regular walk, and you do work on your core. She's a bit 'chatty' and the music can get on your nerves.
