This Express video has you do walk aerobics, then stop to do work with stretchie until you are almost cooled down, then back and forth from walking aerobics to stopping with the stretchie. I didn't like stopping so much it messed up my groove for keeping up with all the walk aerobic movements when it went back to that part of it. I didn't feel like I worked out well with all the stretching and not as much walk aerobics.
