I love this 3-mile DVD! I use it every single weekday, while the children are taking their afternoon naps. 2pm - every weekday. Then I jog outside on the weekends. Did I say I love this tape? I LOVE THIS TAPE! Aside from brisk walking, there are four different steps: side-stepping, kicking, kick-backs, and knee lifts, along with a variety of arm movements. In the 3-mile DVD (this is the only one I have ever used) you work without weights for the first 1 1/2 miles, then you use the weights for the latter half of the tape. I rather like the repetition of using only four basic steps, because it's easy to follow. Trust me, this isn't sissy stuff - but what I'm saying is, you don't feel like a klutz when you're following the program. Also, I like that the DVD/tape lets you know when you've gone 1/2 mile, 1 mile, 1 1/2 miles, 2 miles, etc. That way you know where you stand throughout your workout. Also, I just like Leslie. She isn't the peppy little cheerleader-type with the perma-grin. She seems down-to-earth, and fun! Hope you buy the videos and use 'em! :) I LOVE IT! (That's right, I already said that...) ;)

This is an effective work-out tape. After 2 weeks I could feel a new firmness to my thighs that had not been there before. I like the simplicity of the moves, and the convenience of walking indoors, despite the weather. However after 5-6 work-outs, I grew tired of the giggling by the group, so I turn down the sound and play some music during my walk.

I have bought several fitness DVDs recently, but find this one my favorite. I don't have to worry about keeping up with cumbersome correography and can really focus on tightening of the muscles. I also add ankle and wrist weights to increase the intensity. I have even recommended this for my 65+ year old mother that needs to lose a few pounds to keep her diabetis in check.

I started at 335lbs and was concerned with being able to keep up with an exercise video. I did it. The first time I put the video in I completed the 3miles and boy was I sweating. It made me feel GREAT! Leslie is easy to follow no difficult steps. With proper diet and Leslie I have lost 10lbs in 2 weeks. Thank you Leslie. I can't stop walking.

For all of you ladies & guy that are wanting to lose weight and get fit quick---this program is for you! It's fun--yet challenging. The time goes by so quickly and before you know it -- you've walked 3 miles at a fast pace (loosing weight & gettng fit). I'm looking forward to trying the 4-mile Walk Away the Pounds video!!

Of all the Leslie Sansone work-outs, I like this one the best. Leslie cues are right on the money, and no silly steps to learn like her older videos. I highly recommend this one!

As I am 4 months pregnant, I was looking for a good beginners video. This is great, all you do is walk. I get my heartbeat raised and some muscle toning in, but I don't get out of breath or worn out. As this video only has four basic steps/movements, I may get bored with it over time, but after delivery I look forward to moving on to the two mile walk with Leslie.

okay, now this is what i have to say. leslie is the best person ever!~!~ i am 10 years old and i have lost ten pounds with leslie. when i started with her i was one hundred and six pounds !~!~ i have lost one pant size. i would reccomend this to anyone!~!~!~!~! i am now nintey six and i feel great and i am still losin losin losin !~!~!~!~

Leslie makes the workout tons of FUN. And, as she said the time flys very quickly! She makes you feel confident and comfortable. Don't let the 3 miles scare you....it's simple yet effective...give it a try! :)

This workout is wonderful. Its just walking with a few other simple steps. The miles pass so quickly that is doesn't even seem like youv'e walked as far as you have. I recommend this to most anyone. Young or old

This is an awesome exercise video. It is a 3 mile walk that lets you know how far you have gone in 1/2 mile intervals. You can use weights the last 1 1/2 miles or not. You can modify the workout to fit where you are physcially and just build on it. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get in shape and tone up!!

the minute i got this tape i ran home and did it rightaway.I loved it because the tape is not as complecated as others yet it makes you feel the same good feeling as any other tape!!!! This tape should be held at everyones houshold!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a wonderful, upbeat, energetic and easy workout video. The video includes extremely easy to follow steps, but isn't boring. Leslie Sansone is great at keeping you motivated and wanting to keep at it long after you begin to get tired. I also liked how they guage the distance traveled at the bottom of the screen at 1/2 mile intervals.

I FOUND MYSELF AT A PLATEAU WHEN TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT. MY DOCTOR SUGGESTED THAT I EXERCISE AT LEAST THREE TIMES A WEEK IN ADDITION TO MAKING HEALTHY FOOD CHOICES. I WORK IN CORRECTIONS AND SAW THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION INSTRUCTOR USING THIS VIDEO FOR THE FEMALE INMATES IN THE ''LOCKDOWN'' AREA AND DECIDED THAT WITH MY BUSY SCHEDULE,HUSBAND, TODDLER, AND A PRESCHOOLER THAT ''WALK AWAY THE POUNDS'' WOULD BE PERFECT FOR ME. IT WAS. 97 POUNDS LATER, (I WENT FROM A DRESS SIZE 24 TO A SIZE 10), I AM GLAD I CHOSE THIS PROGRAM. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE WHO DOESN'T HAVE TIME TO EXCERCISE.

I really enjoyed exercising watching this video.I have problems with one of my heart' valves, and this is the only exercise so far, that does not give me any side effect. It's great!

I finally found an exercise video that makes me want to exercise. I have bought every kind of exercise video available and leslie's walkaerobics are the best. You can get a good workout without putting stress on your body. This video is great for someone who is trying to lose weight, but you don't have the energy or stamina to jump around for half an hour or more. I can't explain it I am just so happy I found her videos.
