Leslie Sansone offers doable workouts. This one goes back and forth between intervals of staple walking, side steps, knee lifts and kicks, and more aggressive kick-boxing moves including punches, bob-n-weaves, feed bags, etc. Only 30 minutes and you work up a good sweat. Low-impact and easily modified moves, and "real" people join her. Chatty as ever, but her smile and motivation are really refreshing, too. This is a good add-on to any basic walking workout routine.
This workout is great.... not too intense but I definitely work up a sweat! Leslie gives good instructions and is easy to follow, even for a beginner like me.
