I purchased this DVD with reservations, thinking I would probably not get a good workout from walking at home. Was I ever wrong! I work up a good sweat with this DVD. The time flies and before you know it, you've walked 3 miles. Leslie is not always the best at cueing in this DVD, but this is so easy, you cannot do it wrong. Leslie is very motivating and her sincerity comes across to you. It's nice to see "regular" people in the DVD, not just people in great shape. You get out of it what you put into it. I recommend this DVD to everyone.

All three workouts are wonderful. Good price, too. Leslie and her crew are very motivating, easy to follow, and fun to have around. They are "real" people, and look to be from about 23 to 50 in age. They are all confident and smiling. One person always modifies the movements for less impact. The music is very upbeat, and Leslie follows the beat and explains how walking to the tempo determines aerobic activity, heart rate and fat burning. These walks are must-have workouts for me, now that I'm pushing 50, can no longer jog or run, and have injured an arm and shoulder. I can't recommend them enough.

I find that the concept is good, and I don't mind doing the exercises, but Leslie Sansone is annoying and afterwhile you can hardly stand putting the dvds on. And all the people doing the workout are already in shape and really don't need to work out that much. I like Richard Simmons better as he has people that look like they need the help and exercise. He is more motivational. Both my friend and I came to the same conclusion on Sansone and she has "saddle bags" herself. If you can't find any other trainer, she is ok.
