This has 5 interval 2 minute jog segments, so you do have to jump around a little. Also whats nice about this DVD you can just have the workout to the music and not have Leslies voice putting you off the excercise, i dont know what she was on but OMG, her voice goes on and on. Drown her out and its a good sweat.
I have been doing the 2 mile walk and I have done the 4 mile walk. She talks way too much and loses count. I don't mind her talking about the exercise but when she giggles and carries on with the others doing the exercises with her it is just a little bit too much. She says 4 basic steps but I couldn't even follow the 3 mile one. Way more then 4 steps.
