Every so often she gets within recognizable distance of the actual melody of the song she's singing. Once or twice she actually tries to dance and not just pose... it's not successful. She draws extensively on nostalgia, but it's not for HER generation... it's for HER MOTHER's! So, with all that, why the high rating? Because, my friends, the lady IS "Show-Biz" personified, and when you've come to the end of this performance YOU HAVE SEEN one HELL of a show! And there are too few performers out there of any generation about whom that can be said.
