This is the best tape!!! I would recommend this to annyone who is just starting yoga or pilates. It is so soothing and her voice is so calming. This is a must have...especially on those lazy days.

This DVD is a great intro to pilates. Louise Solomon is very specific, she guides you through the entire workout, and when you're on the floor and can't necessarily see the tv, her instruction is enough to keep you on track. It's soothing and gentle enough to do in the morning (for those of us who need a jumpstart without techno music). I did this every weekday morning and saw significant physical results in the first 5 days. After doing only this much exercise 5 times per week for two months I lost 27 lbs, my arms, legs, and abs are toned and slimmer, I have a clearer mind throughout the day and a lot less stress. Highly recommended!

The first routine seems ridiculous and awkward. The last routine is the best.

I love her workouts I would do a mixture of two of the first 3 workouts every night and within a week i felt significant changes. and the end of a month i was alot thinner and more tonned had a heck of alot more energy as well. I found that these workouts helped me in my everyday life of keeping up with my young one. I had quite abit of back trouble befor i did her workouts. but not so much any more. As my mom has said her voice could put you to sleep but its part of getting deeply relaxed and enjoying the workout.

I love this! I'm getting her other video as well to try. I prefer her over Denise Austin. These exercises can relax me at the end of the day or get me going in the morning and help me feel better just by doing them!

The instructor's voice can be annoying but the exercises are good and she does a good job explaining the poses. I only use this for my slow/stretching exercise days.
