Getting back into pilates after a several year long hiatus, this was a nice buy for the price. The 20 minute workout is perfect when you're pressed for time, and a good way to start (re)building muscle and tone before moving on to the hour segment, which is very challenging and has some very fun exercises in it. The 20 minute workout is mostly the basic moves and stretches. I really like the fact that Mari always has a person in the video to demonstrate modified exercises if you have a bad back, neck, or cannot do the regular exercises for whatever reason instead of just waiting for the next move. For 10 bucks, there is a lot of versatility included. Am I getting greedy for wishing there was another segment??
