This documentary (produced for the PBS science series NOVA), which explores how Orville and Wilbur Wright turned the notion of a manned flying machine from a dream to reality gets a respectful presentation for its release on DVD. NOVA: Wright Brothers' Flying Machine has been given a letterboxed transfer in the widescreen aspect ratio of 1.85:1, which has also been enhanced for anamorphic playback on 16 x 9 monitors. The audio has been mastered in Dolby Digital 2.0. The narration is in English, with no multiple-language options, though the disc does include closed captions in English and video descriptions for the visually impaired.
