This program features noted jazz guitarist Pat Metheny performing live in Japan with a small group of seven musicians. The group is captured here performing many of the fusion classics that made Metheny a legend, including such songs as "Stranger in Town," "Scrap Metal," and "First Circle."

A lot of jazzheads put Metheny's group only a step above smooth jazz, but I rate it quite a bit higher than that. His group is guitar, keys, bass, drums and 3 percussionists, 2 of whom sing. This excellent concert has them doing 13 songs. There's a pretty good light show, and the sound and picture are very good. Each member gives an interview.
A TRUE party starter. It ain't a party until you put on the actual We Live Here CD--THEN you throw on that REALLY COOL DVD!
