I love Paula, but this was just ridiculous. The steps were challenging however not in a cardio sense. My heart rate did not go up even when I had the steps down. There was too much instructional time and not enought actual workout. If you want to laugh and have a good time this is the tape for you, but not if you want a serious workout.

Ihave been trying for a long time to get fitness tapes from yoga to pilates that I could do. The problem was I got bored. T his cardio workout is so much fun! Learning new dance steps is thrilling and she makes it so easy to follow. You will be guaranteed to work up a sweat and have lots of fun. I cant stop doing it!

This is a fun video. The dance steps keep my interest pretty well. I was annoyed, however, that the dance steps take up so much room. I end up dancing halfway down my hall and back. If you have a small space to work out in, this is not for you! It is also not a super-sweat video, but makes for a fun workout.

At first it was a challenge, but in no time at all I was movin' and groovin'. I brought this tape along on a trip with my sisters and eventually they loved it too.

This video is ideal if you need to exercise but hate it. You don't feel like your exercising and sweating but you are. Whether you have dance background or not, you will have fun. Paula's teaching style is also great. She does the steps slow a couple times and gradually speeds up. If you are already a dancer like I was it will not bore you either. I highly recommend it.

This is an awesome video! Paula takes it slow teaching you the steps slowly and then speeds it up to tempo, making it fairly easy. (I got the steps down in two days!) It's definately worthwhile. You will have sooo much fun doing it that it's not like you're working out, you're just dancing with Paula. The steps are fun and the music's great! I would definately consider buying this tape!

Oh, mi god! I lost 30 pounds doing this video. Paul is great! I love this. Buy it and I am certain you will see resultes. All I did was watch what I ate and did this video 5 times a week for 2 1/2 months and I lost! You can do it too with Paula! I'm trim and fit!
