Peggy has a great understanding of the over 50 person. Exercises are easy to perform and meant to be gentle on older fragile bones. Balance can be a problem and she addresses that also. I recommend this video.

Peggy addresses the issues of balance and strength. This really doesn't have to be for older people because I have had balance issues for years. Yoga has helped me as well as bowling. Peggy's approach is done in sections that are easy to follow. What I like best about this DVD is that she has one person in a chair, she is standing but with possible ready aid to hold onto a chair, and the other person has excellent balance. You have your choice of who you want to follow at any time. Peggy's instructions are plain and precise. I would recommend this for anyone who needs extra help in the areas of balance and strength.
