A release produced in 2010 to commemorate Pierre Boulez's 85th birthday, this documentary depicts the famed composer, conductor, music professor and philosopher guiding and educating summer-term students in Lucerne who undergo intense rehearsal under his tutelage. The film qualifies as unique in the sense that it segues back and forth between the perspectives of the students and Boulez.
