This is a rather light work-out with options to modify into more complex moves. Definitely for the beginner looking to add in a structured ab work-out after a cardio session. If you're a fit person looking to strengthen abs but are new to pilates, I recommend looking for something a little more rigorous that still provides guidance on positioning etc.
