I am in no way proficient in pilates or yoga, but i am in pretty good shape and this video didn't really help. It is shot in a very pretty area, and the instructor is very soothing, but the workout just isn't very good. It is about 20-25 minutes, and it is mostly stretching and some weird stuff that wasn't very hard to do. This is good for very very beginners who would like an easy routine to wake up to.
