This almost pure aerobics. I found it very hard to follow. At first I thought I just needed to get familiar with it but even after several attempts I still can't follow it. I'm done with this one.
This is one of my favorite workouts. I like the fact that I can choose my fitness level, but still get a great workout at the beginner level. The moves are fun and choreographed well so I was never bored.
If you are wondering how this workout video can actually be all walking, the answer is that it isn't! Unless you do level one, which is very low impact, this video consists of more jogging, lunging, squatting and hopping than walking. Okay, there is a lot of side-stepping. But if you do level three of this video, you will want to scream at Michelle Dozois, 'This is not walking!' if you can get enough breath to do so. I am in pretty good shape and I sometimes do level two instead of three, when I don't feel like I have the energy to do that extra hop. That said, this video really does have a level for everyone. Some of the moves are fun, some are kind of annoying, but that is true of a lot of videos. Overall, this one is pretty good.
