I found this video to be confusing at first and out of my league at 30+. It was hard to catch the beat and felt like it should be done on a dance floor- not my carpet at home. I found myself not going back to use it after the first few experiences. Would maybe suggest to a younger person.

This workout is so much fun! To paraphrase from what the instructor says at one point, 'It seems more like having a good time than working out.' And it really is true. If you like dancing, you will become so completely absorbed in learning the steps and trying to put them all together into the whole routine that you'll forget about how hard you are working cardiovascularly. If you don't like dancing or really, truly have two left feet, you might find this workout frustrating, however. Other things going for this DVD are: 1)The workout is broken up into 3 (4 if you count the bonus workout) 10 minute sessions that you can do individually or all together. This is really convenient in those situations where you've done another 40 minute workout DVD and just need to add 20 more minutes to make it a full hour; and 2) The music is really enjoyable; it's funky and fun and not nearly as cheesy as the music in a lot of other workout videos. My only other caveat about the video is that the instructor is pretty chirpy. I think she avoids being annoyingly upbeat, but some might find her a little too perky for their taste.

I thought this was so much fun!! The only thing I didn't like was the typical work out music, but you can lower your volume and put on your own music to this. I have a lot of fun with this work out!

I agree with another reviewer...unless you really are uncoordinated, this is an excellent and fun workout! I had to go back a few times to get the moves right, but once you get it, it's really fun. It's not slow-paced at all...so once you get the moves down, you don't feel like you're going too slow if you want to start the DVD from the beginning again. Some dance videos start really slow and only pick up right at the end. Once you get the moves, you find yourself just skipping to the end to get past the slow stuff--then you don't get the workout you really wanted. I love this one!!!

I found the quick fix hip-hop cardio workout too be very hard to follow. Juliane goes straight into the routines without step by step instruction for those of us who don't know how to dance. She also moves very quickly so it is hard to figure it out on your own. You do work up a sweat trying to keep up, but you don't look cool doing it.

I enjoy this workout. I do 3 of the 10 minute workouts for a total of 30 minutes. It is fun, different and the time flies by. You do work up a sweat!

I really enjoyed this video. I am a certified fitness professional and I buy videos for new ideas. This was a purchase I was not disappointed in at all. Andrea's cueing techniques are on point, she did not skip a beat. The routines are user friendly, energetic and a lot of fun. The plus is the bonus, which I did'nt watch until maybe my 6th or 7th time viewing the video, so it was like I had an extra surprise routine. This was well worth the money!
