I started watching Red dwarf when I was in the Army, it came on about 2 in the morning on the local PBS station, I was instantly a big fan. The Lister, Rimmer duo is the greatest teamup since Lauryl and Hardy.

I have only seen 8 episodes of this. By the time that I realized that I was a diehard fan, they took it off the air! I was so disappointed, now they have the DVD series!

Having always been a fan of Red Dwarf, I was delighted to find the first season (and others) The DVD's (2) contain all the original episodes, and lots of "behind the scenes" info you just don't get otherwise. If you're a fan of British Comedy this one is "smegging" good fun.

My family would watch this show on BBC every Saturday night, and if not, there was always a tape in the VCR. After the show,we'd sing the closing song. Personally, I'd watch anything about Red Dwarf.

Oh my god, this is one of the most well written sit coms ever! I have been waiting forever for them to release this to dvd and finally it is coming out. Its great English humor with a healthy serving of paradoxical twists...great fun!
