Excellent dvd. The instructions are consise and clear, as one would expect from an Iyengar stylist, and the five sequences progress steadily in difficulty of asana. This is not a beginner's practice, but somewhere in teh intermediate range. It is more intense than "Yoga Burn," but less intense than "Core Cross Train." I am definitely stealing ideas from this dvd for my own classes. :)
