The instruction in this dvd is easy to follow, you will not get lost. no complicated moves. very effective. there's a really cool calendar that will play what workout you should do for that day. starts out short and builds in time and intensity as the days go along. great for beginners or people that haven't worked out for a while. Coach Nicole is awesome!

Coach Nicole's, 28-Day Boot Camp video is great! She uses a basic set, rhythmic-to-the-exercise music and experienced background trainers. Though her movements may seem simple, she definately gets you moving. With the customizable plan, you can choose from a 28-day plan or 12, 20 or 30 minute segments. With 3 intensity levels, you are able to exercise at your own personal level. I have been using the 28-Day Boot Camp video for the last 3 weeks, along with healthy eating, and have lost 10 pounds. Try it...stick with it...and you will be pleased!

This DVD really delivers a great workout! I love that it has so many options. Short on time? That's ok. You can select a specific workout based on how much time you have. Want to do the 28 day challenge? The DVD offers a calendar and you can select the workout for that day. You can also do a 30 minute challenge which is great! I love that Coach Nicole starts with a move at a low intensity and then modifies it to be a higher intensity. That way you get the gist of the move before the intensity is raised. She is really easy to follow which is also very helpful. This DVD has options for all fitness levels? In great shape? Use heavier hand weights and add in jumps. Just starting out? That's fine too. Some of the workouts use hand weights and some don't. Just user a lighter weight and don't had in the hopping and jumping. You can make this fit your fitness level.

The workouts were fun,challenging and easy to follow. Each exercise started off relatively simple then progressed by adding new moves to the base getting more difficult with each one. Because of this format, it was easy for me to stop before going beyond my physical capabilities then continue the exercise at that point until the next one was added. Coach Nicole has such a positive energizing style of teaching. She makes you believe you can move the way you thought it was impossible to move. The background trainers were very easy to follow as they showed different modified activity levels. They all kept up with Nicole's positive vibes and energy.

I love that this DVD has an easy-to-follow workout, very structured, and can be used as an extra workout also. Very easy navigation for the DVD, and easily customizable. I am impressed!

This is a great tape to do from home. I love that you can do the short workouts if short on time or do two in a row for a more intense workout. Very easy to follow along Would highly recommend this tape.

I LOVE this workout tape...one of my favorites. One of the best things about it is the calendar. It helps you to gradually build up and adds motivation to complete the calendar workouts. No more trying to figure out "What should I do today". But if you'd rather plan what you do yourself, you can do that also. Coach Nichole has clear easy-to-follow exercises that also make the best use of your time - working upper and lower body at one time with each exercise. You can make the exercises harder by using more weight or making them higher impact, or keep it low and slow. She has demonstrators for either level.
