Great if you're short on time and just need to stretch those tension areas

This is not a good yoga video. Although the setting is beautiful, the class is not. It is choppy and way too short...To many poses and it is hard to let go. I get more relaxation at the dentist's office. I advise for stress relief to buy slow burn yoga with Rodney Yee

Suzanne Deason is awesome. Her style is approachable and her instruction is clear. The setting and music add to the feelings of relaxaion and well-being this DVD inspires. Its 20-minute length makes it perfect for when you have little time but really need to relax and feel good.

Have been looking for this in DVD format for ages. Was recommended to me after an accident and was an invaluable part of a medically supervised recovery process. For a true beginner or someone needing a short, gentle program, this is perfect.

I MIGHT recommend this for someone who has NEVER done yoga before... Having a bit of yoga experience, yet still considering myself a beginner, I found no challenge from this workout. She uses a brick for 80% of the workout (something I'd rather not do) and the stretches are weak, to say the least. The whole workout felt kind of worthless and a waste of time.
