Stuck On You

Matt Damon and Greg Kinnear play conjoined twins in the Farrelly Brothers comedy Stuck on You. This DVD contains a widescreen anamorphic transfer of the film that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 2.35:1. The English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital 5.1, while Spanish and French soundtracks have been recorded in Dolby Digital Surround. English and Spanish subtitles are accessible. The disc offers a healthy amount of supplemental materials, headed by a commentary track by co-directors Peter and Bobby Farrelly. As with other commentaries the Farrellys have recorded for their other films, this track is heavy on the boys pointing out the various friends and celebrity athletes that appear in the margins of seemingly every shot in the film. They also confess to some surprising influences for Stuck on You, including Y Tu Mamá También. There are also a handful of deleted scenes, three making-of featurettes, including one on how they created the perfect makeup to show how the two were stuck together, and a better-than-average blooper reel. Trailers round out this solid title from 20th Century Fox.

a cute movie that it really was.

I thought it was pretty good. It was a funny and charming film about Siamese twins and how their journey to Hollywood becomes a success. One of the Siamese twins is in love with someone who lives in Hollywodd and has been her Internet buddy for three years and the other wants to become an actor.I mean, when you think about it for a second, it just isn't very realistic. It had a good message to it, though:'Follow your dreams.' I liked it when I saw it at the Carro Film Festival, but it was just unrealistic to me. The cast they picked was great. I loved Matt Damon in 'Good Will Hunting', Greg Kinnear in 'Auto Focus, and I LOVED Eva Mendes in '2 Fast 2 Furious.' I know a lot of people like this film, including me, actually, but you just have to stop for a minute and think if this really or could ever happen this fast and this good. This movie is a good Friday-Night-Rental and a good one to buy and watch over and over again.

When I saw the previews for this movie I thought it looked hilarious, but it was kind of a waste of time. Sure, it was funny in a few parts, but mostly I thought the humor was crude and sometimes disghusting (especially the outtakes at the end.) It's definitely not a good movie to watch with the kids. I don't highly reccomend it.
