I saw the original Hip Hop Task Force which was surprisingly good so when I heard that sequel was playing the Pan African Film Festival, I had to check it out. Studio definitly was ten times better then the original. It's like a detective story that revoles around the death of a gangster rapper. It kind pokes fun at Hip Hop and the issues that surround it. Most importantly it serves as a wake up call to the current events that are bringing the culture down..It was extremely funny. The action sequences were pretty good. Acting was top notch. Be on the lookout for the Bryson character. Simply hillarious. There could have been more music sequences, and teh plot is pretty complez for this type of movie but it was a enetertaining film. Definitly a good look and I look forward to it's release on DVD...
