Being that I hadn't done any serious exercise since high school I wasn't sure where to start. This show is on my local PBS station and I just love Suzanne Andrews. She doesn't yell and scream at you like other shows and is still energetic enough so you don't want to take a nap either. It turned out this was the perfect routine to start a new exercise program with. It's very effective yet easy to keep up with without feeling overdone. All the stretching really helps with daily muscle soreness. I have told all my friends and family to get it. Very highly recommended.
