I have bought many exercise videos and this is by far the best I have ever used! I love the ab workout!! This is the only video that I can honestly say that I do not mind getting up at 5:00 in the morning to do.
I'd been using this work out for a couple weeks and already I started to notice arm muscles, which is something I never really had. The ab part of this video is only 2 excercises but you can really feel them. The butt excercises are great..Overall a real nice workout.
