I am recovering from a sprained ankle and was getting stir crazy with not being able to exercise. I borrowed this from my local library to check out before buying, because I had read some mixed reviews on other websites about it. With modifications, it's a great workout for all levels of fitness. This is broken up into 7 different sections. If you do the whole workout from Warm Up to Yoga, it is 55 minutes. Some reviewers have said that the 20 minutes cardio program gets a little boring because you spend a lot of time marching or jogging in place. While this is somewhat true, the higher intensity intervals are a great workout and you will look forward to the recovery time. If you really get bored by it, just skip this section altogether and do your own cardio interval training on your favorite cardio. I enjoy the quick Pilates and Yoga sections at the end, a great way to slow down.
