I was pretty skeptical about a workout on a video and most of them seem lame and dull. But because it's winter, I knew I wanted something to keep me a little active and hopefully at least maintain my weight. The DVD sat on my bookcase for a good week or so before I finally felt brave enough to put it in. Much to my surprise, this DVD actually kicks my butt.

I got through the warm up and a few simple workouts on the beginner's workout, then finally slumped down into a chair where I finished watching it from there. This is definitely a great workout video and I'm confident that it'll work. The key is to take it in sections when you're first beginning and not get intimidated by it.

Simply put, this DVD is more than I expected and has went above and beyond!

Perfect dvd to keep you challenged for 6 weeks. I love that they also have the option of preset workouts. You really feel like Bob's your trainer pushing you to do just a little more. Even the low intensity workout will leave you sweating

I have been doing the DVD faithfully for over 8 weeks and I am amazed with the physical changes in my body I have gotten many of my family and friends "addicted" to exercising with Bob This is a keeper

I bought this yesturday watched it all the way thru and then got up this morning and did the workout. I feel like I have been put thru the ringer!!! I find this to be a great workout tool for the beginners like me. It is nice to see people like me doing the exercises and struggling with me.

I do the treadmill and elyptical at the gym almost every day, so I thought that the low intensity workout would be a snap- - Well, I was SWEATING. I felt great, it was fun, and it really did feel like bob was my trainer! I would recommend it to anyone!

I am a workout junkie -- I love everything from the Ellipse to dance classes to Pilates to just power walking my way around NYC -- but this DVD is my absolutel favorite! I love how you can build your workout based on how long you have that day and what you feel like doing. Only have 20 min? I go with the Boot Camp, which always kicks my butt (esp when I challenge myself by increasing the weights!). A little longer? High Intensity Cardio + Sculpt & Shape. The Warm-Up is so short as to be doable EVERY time, and I nearly always do to the 10-min Cool-Down, which is much better than what I'd do on my own (i.e., nothing!). Best of all is Bob -- I find him so motivating, encouraging and amazing, and not at ALL annoying, like the trainers on other DVDS. But if you don't want to listen to him? You can even turn HIM off! Seriously: Best DVD EVER.

This is excellent and the trainer is so motivational! If you do the high impact portions you should be dripping in sweat!!!

I was sick of toned instructors smiling their way through a workout that I was huffing and puffing to. "Loser" is great because the people in the video-- although much smaller than they once were-- are still realistic looking (a bit flabby) and moaning along with me "It's burning Bob!" Finally a video that I can relate to! Bob is motivational, charming and flirtatious. I could do with a little less Dre though...

The workouts are great, but I cannot stand Dre, one of the former contestants. I have to mute the workouts that contain her because SHE IS THAT ANNOYING. Just a heads up.

I've bought several workout videos before, they can never match up to this one. You get an all around workout. It's got all you need.. Very motivating.
