I enjoy the Firm, but the other tapes that I have are so long I hardly have time to do an hour straight of exercise, so I was excited to find this one because it is only half an hour. Now that I've done it though, I can safely say I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. In the first place, if you have been working out for awhile and are in fair shape, this is not a difficult work out. I really wanted to feel the burn and I didn't feel it, but for a moment with this one. In addition, the moves are very complicated. I must admit I do not have the best coordination, but this is impossible! The transitions are fast and the moves are on the complicated side. So while you may get them down after a few tries I became frustrated very fast. All in all, I'd try some other tapes before this one...If you are looking for good ones I'm including some recommendations. PS- The other review for this tape is not actually for this tape because this one contains no situps

I am one of those people who thought they were in OK shape, but just hadn't worked out in a while. I do not like bouncing around cardio at all, but I enjoy weights. I got the three tape set as a gift, and improvised a step stool for the Fanny Lifter. I have used all three tapes faithfully for a month now, and this one is my favorite. The difficulty scared me at first even using no weights, but now I am increasing my weights! The instructor is great, her cueing is perfect and I now I don't even have to really look at the TV-I just listen to her direction. All the transitions are super smooth. Like some of the other reviews, I didn't like crossing the arms behind your head for sit ups-it is awkward-I just keep them straight up behind my head to work harder. I just think it is one of the harder tapes I have done that still is fun! A lot of the reviews talk about the set, clothes, etc etc and to be honest, I could really care less. The video collection is great, but I enjoyed this one the most. I saw some contouring changes in my body by the end of week 2! Stick with it and it will be worth it!!
