Badly in need of a vacation, the Candlewood family, Carly (Autumn Reeser), Andrew (Antonio Cupo), and their son Danny (Nicolas Madrazo), makes their way to a remote hacienda in Mexico. The supposedly happy vacation, however, immediately becomes a nightmare as the malevolent spirit of La Llorona (Zamia Fandi?o), a storied entity in the area, latches itself to the family. With Danny transported to a dimension not of the living or the dead, Carly and Andrew must do everything to get their beloved child back in their arms. Patricia Harris Seeley directs the horror film.
