I've done only one other prenatal yoga video, but I did a lot of yoga prior to conceiving. I love this video, because it's very free-form. Gurmukh will give you a basic movement, and you can adjust it to your comfort level. I've read that other people hated that she talked during the video, but I found it very supportive, and she shares a lot of great information. There is not a lot of instruction on exact poses. After doing this video, I felt like my baby had MUCH more room to move around, and also felt very relaxed. I can really see how doing this video a few days a week will help you during and after birth. If you are bothered by chanting or free movement (almost like dancing), then do not get this video. I strongly recommend this video to anyone trying to bond with their baby.
