Nicole Kidman is soooooo hot in this movie. It's worth watching just for that, but the movie itself is great too.

Considering that we currently live in a 'Reality' obsessed society, this movie could of easily been made today instead of almost ten years ago. This movie is a good example about just what a person would do to become famous, something we see every day on one of the MANY reality shows that seem to be on every channel. The actors are perfect in their roles, bringing their (sometimes pathetic) characters to life. Nicole Kidman is great as the super-determined (or obsessed) wannabe tv jounalist. Matt Dillon is the smitten husband, oblivious to his spouse's determination. Illeana Douglas is the loving sister, who is unable to make her brother open his eyes. And then there is the trio of teenagers who are manipulated by Suzanne to carry out her devious deed played by: Joaquin Phoenix, Casey Affleck and Allison Folland. A fine perfomance by all actors, who had the good fortune to be working with a great story and script.
