I watched this movie on Lifetime when it came on during Christmas and fell in love with it. I waited forever for it to come out on DVD and it was worth the wait. It starts off with the death of a father and husband, and continues on to a year later when the mother and son have to cope with his death. However, the son sees his father spirit and they begin conspiring to find a new husband for the mother. They find him in the form of the young boy's hocky coach, played beautifully by Michael Shanks. Unfortunately, the mother has started dating someone, who is a jerk. After much conniving plans, they are successful in the matchmaking. It is also a story of acceptance, the mother has to learn to accept the death of her husband. This movie is heartfelt and is sure to get you in the mood for Christmas. Highly recommend for any Christmas lover.
