Wai Lana's Toning Workout is absolutely wonderful. This is the second time I have tried a Wai Lana Yoga dvd. Her instruction is excellent, and her manner is soothing. That, along with the scenery, make for a very relaxing workout. Wai Lana does yoga postures that I have not seen in other yoga videos. If you're bored with endless sun saluations and downward dogs, this is a nice change of pace. This dvd provides a great toning workout, especially in the abs and thighs. You can't go wrong with Wai Lana Yoga!
