Early in its existence, Warner Bros. became known as the studio that specialized in gritty gangster films. Six of the films that show how the studio earned that reputation are collected on this box set. Little Caesar, Public Enemy, White Heat, The Petrified Forest, The Roaring Twenties, and Angels With Dirty Faces are each presented in the original theatrical aspect ratio of 1.33:1. English soundtracks are rendered in Dolby Digital Mono. This is a great set for genre enthusiasts and those with an interest in classic Hollywood films.
