Fascinated by the prevailing Urban Legend that a good percentage of panhandlers make more money than the average guy on the street, filmmaker Keith Lowell Jensen makes it his mission to beg for money on the street and see what kind of income he can really procure. Over the course of his experiment, Jensen employs a variety of unique and innovative methods to convince others to hand over their hard-earned cash. While some of Jensen's techniques prove more effective than others, he also speaks with people who panhandle out of necessity in order to find out how well off they truly are.
