How can you make dvd of the greatest wrestlers of the 80s and not have Andre the Giant? Or Jake the Snake? And Macho Man? The Million Dollar Man? I loved this dvd set but I sure wished they had added more! Definitely get this one for the collection if you grew up with wrestling in the 80s!

I must say I am a little upset at the WWE's choice of matches for this disk. There are some good ones don't get me wrong. But I mean c'mon Salvatore Bellemo vs. Paul Orndorff. I also thought the fact that there are 3 DVD's there would have been more. WWE mentions how it has over 75,000 hours of footage in their library. Well why isn't one of the greatest and bloddiest feuds on here. Slaughter and the Iron Sheik. Yes there is a match between the two of them, but not 1 of the 2 infamous boot camp matches. The MSG was the better of the 2 but the one from the Cap Center was good to. Or how about Wargames I from Bash 87. In my opinion this might be the greatest match of the 80's. I agree with the Ric Flair- Ricky Steamboat match, they always had classics. Where is Flair- Kerry Von Erich from Texas Stadium (David Von Erich Memorial) where is the 45 minute classic from Greensboro between Sting & Ric Flair 3/27/88 from Clash of the Champions I. Or how about all the classic bloodbaths between Carlos Colon, and Abdullah the Butcher. Or even Abdullah and Bruiser Brody. This is still a great set but I thought there should have been more, and a better match selection.

I went to the bookstore to get this dvd. I stayed up until 2 in the morning reviewing it. For me personally I watched the Lawler-Von Erich match the most. I was looking to see Kerry on Ric Flair's Dvd. WWE should do a special on old regional territories, how they evolved and the connection they have to current and former wwe superstars. This would be good to the wwe's old school fan base and wwe as well. In the future I hope to see more Kerry Von Erich matches. EHC. Chicago Rules.
