Got an intro DVD of this first video and let me tell you, it was jam packed with such good information, that I knew that I had to buy this series. What got my attention even more was the fact that I tried the 15 minute series of asanas and I was actually sweating! I couldn't believe that after only 15 minutes I was sweating - I knew right then that this was a must have DVD. Natasha, the instructor, is easy to follow and understand. She comes across as genuine and from looking at the build of her body and to think she got that from doing yoga! well here I come!
