First of all, one of the reasons why this video is fantastic is because of Alan Finger! He is a wonderful yoga master. This man has a gift. His voice is calm and soothing and his instructions are easy to follow. Once you get the hang of this video, you would just have to follow his voice and not look on the tv screen. Another thing that impresses me is that he lets you adjust and gives you time to perform the poses before he proceeds to the next one. The work out is pretty challenging. The degree of difficulty maybe at the beginner's level however, you would get results from performing this series.
