About the Author
Valeri Chukhlomin is Associate Professor and Academic Area Coordinator in the Center for Distance Learning at SUNY Empire State College in Saratoga Springs, New York. He was born and educated in Russia and worked as Dean and Vice-Rector of a major university in Omsk, Russia.
