There are more and more projects. This statement is not new, but it is nowadays more true than ever. Therefore, project management knowledge is required by many companies as a core competency. But only with knowledge alone, it is not yet done. One must also be able to implement it. With my books you will receive comprehensive, proven and practical knowledge that can be implemented easily and thus makes your project life a lot easier.

Personally, I am interested in all project management topics, especially project controlling, project portfolio management and project risk management.
