Clear, concise and delicious selection of recipes. Painlessly broaden knowledge w/o being preachy. Book offers dozens of ways to introduce, substitute, or increase vegetable consumption as main meals, side dishes, snacks, and desserts. So glad I found this now when Farmer's Markets are open. Meatless meals have new champions in Patti Connelly and her chef husband.

I turn to this cookbook often. The emphasis is on tasty meals that are easy to prepare, and that don't rely on a lot of exotic ingredients to prepare.
