So far I've only made one of the recipes from this book. However, based upon the Stuffed Peppers I'm so glad I've got Lisa's book in my library. So many times a raw recipe book can call for strange ingredients and the complexity of the recipes can turn people off. Lisa has written a book that is easy to understand and the food tastes great too! The book is a must for anyone looking for a healthy and delicious alternative!
This is an excellent raw food book. The recipes are easy to follow and easy to prepare. There's not a lot of fluff here, just good, solid info for anyone who wants to do raw foods without spending a fortune or all day in the kitchen. I've lost weight, my skin looks amazing, and I even feel happier since going raw and this book made raw easy and inexpensive! My favorite recipes are in the chocolate chapter, but the salads are wonderful, too! The photography is beautiful, too, and almost every recipe has a picture along with it, which is always helpful! It's good to know what things are supposed to look like! I love this book and would recommend it to anyone interested in raw food!
