Working in the mental health field for the past 17 years, I can now understanding the feelings my clients are facing. This book gives a description on what people go through with clinical depression. As a doctor it shows me different ways of how to interact with my clients and give them tools to overcome their depression. This book gives hope to anyone facing depression, and how the author spiritual relationship with her higher power made her overcomes her depression. This book helps deal with the covert racism and how people with different backgrounds are viewed by society. This book is a MUST for anyone dealing with ways to express their feelings dealing with clinical depression, and interracial relationship.
