As a long time fan of The Sporkful podcast, I've been eagerly anticipating the release of this book by Dan Pashman (the podcast's host). It does not disappoint. Dan makes you think about food and eating in ways you've never before considered - but make complete sense. This book is written in a very entertaining faux-textbook style, and includes hints, tips, and even some recipes. Recommended for anyone who likes eating.
