About the Author

Dr. Martha Elser received her Masters in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Emperors College of Traditional Oriental Medicine, where she studied Oriental Medicine, Chinese Herbology, Acupuncture, Acupuncture Orthopedics, and Chinese Nutrition. She went to Japan for two months and studied under a medical doctor/acupuncturist. Following the Japan study, Dr. Elser completed her doctorate in Homeopathy. She uses diet, acupuncture, herbs, homeopathic remedies, exercise and lifestyle modification to help people achieve their goals.

Her philosophy to healing is to keep things simple. Start with the basics - food, water, movement, air, and meditation. Dr. Elser educates her patients in each of these areas so that they can regain their health and happiness.
